Chat GPT seems to be the hottest AI trend and actually useable AI tool for almost everyone these days. If you're still asking "How does it help me in construction?," here is an example use case.

The expectation should not be that Chat GPT's reply draft will be perfect. Rather, let it do the heavy lifting for the structure of the email. You then need to tweak as you see fit. You can prompt GPT to modify some things itself, which works well, but manual editing is likely necessary (i.e. below, see 'backdated' when we prompted 'back charge'). An example tweak to reply to GPT could be "Condense this to 5 sentences."
